Missing my mommy!

Okay so much of you might know my family and I are very close. I talk to my mom every single day. I may not see her everyday but I try. My grandmother just had surgery on Tuesday and my mom really needed to go be with her and take care of her. As we all know we have to give back to our parents for everything they gave to us. My mom felt it was her time, which by the way I totally agree with! I am just really missing her. My grandmother lives in Texas so that makes my mom very far away and I am realizing just how much my mother does for each of us. I am trying to not only take care of my family but also help my dad out as much as I can with my brother. I have also started a new position at work and am driving to various places each week so I have to say I am very very tired. My mother takes care of sweet Bella and I really never thought about how much I depend on my mom. I know she has only been gone a week but it feels like a month. Since we don't have a lot of family around it's really hard to find people who you really trust to take care of you're baby girl. So on top of all that I am missing me and my mom time that we usually have every day. What am I going to do....it's only been a week and I have another 3 LONG weeks to go. I really miss her! Just wanted to vent a little bit!!!!!

Well I know I haven't been blogging much lately but have been extremely busy with training lately. Right now I am in Knoxville TN on a training workshop and decided to look at all my pictures. this picture was taken on Izabella's 1st birthday and every single time I look at this picture it makes me so happy and instantly brings a smile to my face. I have been looking for a picture frame that fits this picture and still cannot find one. One day I will have a frame to hang in her room. I can remember as if it were yesterday my sweet baby girl turning one. Now she is two and walking, talking and beginning to potty on her own. Oh how time flys. I can't believe how fast she has grown right in front of my and her daddy's eyes. I have to say she has been a blessing and Jesse and I cherish every single moment we have with her.

My brother is leaving!!!!

So my brother Billy is leaving to go to school today. I am very sad and happy all at the same time. I am so proud of him. He is going to UNC PEMBROKE, I am going to have to get used to him being gone. He just finished two years at LCC, and graduated with 6degrees. He has a very good head on his shoulders so I know he will do just fine. He is majoring in aerospace engeenering and is also playing baseball for the school. I am really going to miss him lots and I know his little niece is going to miss him too. I just hope and pray he doesn't get caught up in all the wrong things that sometimes can bring college students down. I love him very much and am going to miss him soooooo much!

This past weekend we went to Busch Gardens for mine and Jesse's birthdays. Its great having our birthdays a day apart so we can celebrate together. We sort of made it a tradition to go to busch gardens for our bdays. We started going with our friends and now its our friends and our daughter. She had such a great time. She was able to ride some rides and was constantly smiling. After she would ride a ride she wouldn't get off. So many of the rides she rode over and over but the minute we took her off she was screaming. We had to distract her by saying we were about to go to the next ride then she would be okay. The weather wasn't too bad so we were lucky.

One ride that was in The Sesame Forest was sort of like the big boat that goes back and forth for the little kids well.........daddy insisted on taking her and she wanted to herself I just think it was all the bright colors but I just didn't have a good feeling about it. ALL I can say is MOMMYS KNOW BEST! She was so scared her little face turned red and she buried her head in Jesses arm. I went to tears becuase her face was so pitiful. I had to hold her little tummy and soothe her but I really needed someone to soothe me because I was a mess. As it slowed down she got better saying "YAY, I DID IT, I DID IT"! I have such a trooper let me tell you. By time she is 16 she won't be scared of anything.

Oh how time flys!

The other night we were having dinner and now that Bella is a big girl now she sits at the table with us. Well she was telling this story and it was the cutest thing I have ever heard but she was really into it. She would stop and cover her face and starting laughing at her story and then she would say Bella that's funny. Jesse and I were catching about every other word. I love when she starts talking and you interrupt her she says much louder than you saying "no no no wait, let me finish." She is too cute. All these stages that she is going through are great she has her own little personality and let me tell she is full of life. I love love love her. When I drop her off at my moms house in the morning and I say bye baby mommy's going to work and start walking out she screams "wait mommy, kiss then I kiss her then she says wait mommy hug! That is the best feeling in the whole wide world. My whole life revolves around that little girl. It seems just like yesterday she was my little baby girl barley fitting in my arms and now she's this little prisspot walking around the house with her heels and a purse, dancing and talking. Time flys by so quickly.

POTTY TRAINING

So I am really not sure what I am doing wrong but I CANNOT get Izabella to potty anymore. She has done it some but now she'd rather just do it in her diaper. I mean she can sit on that pot for 15mins and then the second she is up and has her diaper on she will pee right in her diaper. I tried taking her in the bathroom when Mommy goes but that doesn't work. We have read books, I have even got stickers and a chart that even if she sits on the potty she would get a sticker but that doesn't help at all. She even has the "big girl panties"....NOPE DOESN'T WORK. If anyone has ANY advice please please share. I know I don't want to force her to do this but I don't want my little girl to be 6 and pottying on herself.

HELP ME PLEASE!

Our Beach Trip

This past weekend we went to Emerald Isle and stayed with Jesse's parents. It was a lot of fun. Izabella is getting her last tooth in and she was a little fussy and of course had the bad diapers so I was thinking the worse of what this trip was going to be. As far as the potty training well let me just say it's hard to do it on a mini vacation. she was not having it at all. She would however tell me after she did her business that she was done rather than saying mommy I have to go. She loved being on the beach but did not like the fact that she had sand everywhere. She was quite funny when she did have to pee and we took the little swimmer off......she just squatted in front of everybody and peed! My daughter has NO SHAME!

Jesse's cousins came and spent the day with us on the beach as well. Later that night his other cousin Marc came that Jesse hadn't seen in a really Long time which Jesse was really happy about. We went to eat at this local Mexican restaurant and wait over a hour. I was not happy about that at all neither was my impatient Bella. I am glad that we did wait though because the food was great. While we were eating two tables down this little boy began choking on a chip he was eating. That was scary I was in tears just seeing his face! People were running to help but a lady from another table came and got it out! It remind me of the time Jourdan was choking on a chip at Bellas first bday party! That was so scary and the reason I really don't let my baby have chips.

We had a great time but now it's time to get back in the routine that we are used to. I hope my mom doesn't have that hard of a time with Bella and can help her get back to normal!!!!

Some of my favorite photos taken of Bella!!!

Izabella's first year I was constantly taking her to get her pictures made. She loved it. I took her to SAY CHEESE in greenville, our photographer was amazing her name is Lyndsay. She had a way with Izabella that was just great. I haven't been doing a great job this past year at having her pictures taken. It just seemed better to do it with our own camera than have them taken. I know that may sound bad but Jesse was starting to tell me we LIVED at the studio. When she was born I wanted to have every month taken so we could see how much she has changed throughout her first year. Looking back at the pictures now I am glad I did it but I really need to get better now. I did take her to have her birthday pictures taken and that was quite an experiance. We went somewhere different and Izabella is a talker now so......she let the lady know when she didn't want to lay a certain way or put her hands a certain way. The photographer tried to put a pink BOA on her, Izabella said "ewwww yuck, no way." LOL Then after the 6th pose she said I AM DONE! It was so funny but thats my daughter!!! I love her so much

Two years old!

Photobucket

Well Izabella turned two on June 12th! She is such a sweet little girl. She is a very loving baby girl. She doesn't like to see anybody cry or get upset. There is no better feeling than getting off of work after a long day and walking through my door and here she comes running to me and saying mommy I missed you and I love you. I love her so much. She is a true blessing.
